5.5V, 1.0A~1.5A, Synchronous Step-Down DC/DC Converters
Compared to conventional PWM and PWM/PFM control, HiSAT-COT achieves much faster transient response and delivers excellent voltage stability. The amount of external capacitance required can also be reduced significantly because of the faster transient response performance.
Low output voltage ripple has always been a cornerstone of Torex DC/DC design and these new families offer best in class performance. In addition, EMI is measured well below the CISPR 32 thresholds, making these DC/DC Converters ideal for noise sensitive applications. As a result, designers are able to implement smaller, cost-effective DC/DC circuits, that offer superior performance, much closer to their point of load.

XC9288, 3MHz in USP-6C
The use of ultra-small packaging and smaller external components with a compact footprint helps minimise the length of copper tracks on the PCB.
This results in extremely low radiated noise and excellent EMI performance as illustrated in the graph which shows that the XC9288 with 3MHz switching frequency, passes EN55032 (CISPR 32) CLASS B with good margin.
