XC6138 includes Delay Function, Manual Reset and Topr=125oC
The XC6138 has been designed to monitor 12 V and 24 V power rails, common in Industrial equipment. It can also be used to monitor the Voltage in Battery packs containing multiple cells in series. Able to operate up to 125oC, the XC6138 has a separated VSEN pin rated to 76 V that can withstand Surge Voltages to 90.0 V for ≤400ms.
The Detect and Release voltage thresholds are optimised for each power source with users able to select from seven preset release/delay time ratios and the release and delay timing can be adjusted externally. Hysteresis width is also selectable between 5% and 50% of the detect voltage, with several options offered as standard.
The XC6138 is readily available in the industry standard SOT25 package or an ultra-small, leadless DFN1515-6A package, which measures only 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.38mm.
