Product Description
Voltage Detector with separate Sense Pin (76V), External Delay & Manual Reset
This family of low power Voltage Detectors has a sense pin separated from it’s power supply (Vin), so that the IC can monitor an external power supply. The maximum input voltage of the sense pin is 76V.
Moreover, with the built-in delay circuit, connecting the delay capacitance pin to a capacitor enables the IC to provide an arbitrary release delay time. Both CMOS and N-channel open drain output configurations are available and both RESET and RESTB output logics.
Available in DFN1515-6A (1.5 x 1.5 x 0.38mm) & SOT-25 packages.
