Low Power Voltage Detectors
The XE61C series are highly precise, extremely low power consumption voltage detectors, manufactured using CMOS process and utilising Torex's laser trimming technologies to ensure a wide range of detect voltage thresholds.
Both CMOS and N-channel open drain output configurations are available and the series comes in either SOT23 or SOT89 packages.
Performance is guaranteed over the full temperature range of -40 ~ +85 degC.
