Low Power Voltage Detectors

The XC61C series are highly precise, extremely low power consumption voltage detectors, manufactured in CMOS and utilising Torex's laser trimming technologies to ensure a wide range of possible detect voltage thresholds.

The user can also choose from CMOS and N-channel open drain output configurations and a large number of different packaging options.

• Highly Accurate: ± 2% as standard
• Low Power Consumption: 0.7 µA (TYP.) [ VIN=1.5V ]
• Detect Voltage Range: 0.8V ~ 6.0V (100mV increments)
