Product Description
Seamless GO LDO Voltage Regulator
The XC6706 series is a 20V 200mA high-speed LDO regulator featuring Seamless Green Operation.
This series has a low supply current of 1.2μA, despite that it achieves high accuracy, and high ripple rejection. The internal circuitry includes a reference voltage supply, error amplifier, Pch driver FET, current limit circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, and phase compensation circuit.
The output voltage is fixed internally by laser trimming and can be selected from a range from 2.5V to 5.5V (0.1V increments).
The XC6706 series includes a built-in soft start function to suppress inrush current and overshoot at startup.
Available in a SOT-89 package (3 pins).
