Product Description
Low Power Supply LDO Regulator
The XC6218 series is a 1μA supply current CMOS LDO voltage regulator which offers output voltages between 0.9V ~ 4.0V selectable in 100mV steps. Operating voltage is 6V maximum.
The series can be used with low ESR ceramic capacitors and is available in USP-3 or SSOT-24 packages.
