Product Description
Low Consumption Current Regulators
The XC6206J series is a very highly precise, low noise and positive voltage LDO regulator which provides large currents with significant dropout voltage, manufactured by using CMOS processes.
The series achieves very low supply current, 1.0μA (TYP.) and consists of a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, current limit circuit, and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor.
This series is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors (CL), which gives added output stability. The current limiter’s fold-back circuit also operates as a short protect for the output current limiter and the output pin.
