High Current, Low Power, LDO Voltage Regulator

The XC6203 series is capable of handling output currents upto 600mA whilst only consuming 8.0μA in quiescent current.  

With low drop-out performance and built-in current limit circuit the XC6203 is ideal for a wide range of applications.
