Product Description
36V 300mA Low Power High Speed LDO
The XD6702 offers the designer both low quiescent current (40μA) plus high supply ripple rejection (65dB@1kHz).
Operating voltage is up to 36V, but the XD6702 can withstand surge voltages of up to 46V for 400ms. Output voltage is fixed internally within the range of 1.8V to 18V.
Both over-current protection and overheat protection circuits are built-in.
The soft-start circuit limits the rush current that flows from VIN to VOUT when the IC starts, enabling a stable start-up sequence.
Available in SOT-89-5 package
