300mA High Speed, Low Noise LDO
Available in standard SOT-25 & SOT-89-5 as well as an ultra small DFN1010-4C package which measures just 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.6mm, the new XD6239 series of voltage regulators offer exceptionally high PSRR – typically >75dB at 1kHz, and low dropout ; 200mV with a 300mA load (VOUT=3.0V). This low dropout voltage regulator provide a highly stable, low noise supply that meets the demands of battery-driven circuits.
Power consumption is a low 100uA in operation and only 0.1uA in stand-by. A CL auto discharge function ensures that voltage goes to ground quickly when the IC is turned off.
The XD6239 also features an inrush current protection circuit and a thermal shutdown circuit to provide additional protection.
