Product Description


0.8μA/Channel Low Power Consumption Dual LDO Voltage Regulator

The XC6412 comprises two low power consumption LDO voltage regulators in a small SOT26 or USP-6C chip-scale package.
Each output can be set-up independently within a range of 0.9V ~ 5.0V. The output of Vout2 can be turned off via the EN2 pin thereby reducing power consumption even further.
The XC6412 can also be used with low ESR ceramic capacitors.
