600mA Synchronous Step-Down DC/DC + Dual LDO Regulator
The XCM520 series is a multi combination module IC which comprises of a 600mA driver transistor built-in synchronous step–down DC/DC converter and a dual output CMOS LDO regulator. The DC/DC converter and the LDO regulator blocks are isolated in the package so that noise interference from the DC/DC to the LDO regulator is minimal.
The synchronous DC/DC converter, with built-in 0.42Ohm P-channel and 0.52Ohm N-channel transistors, can be used with ceramic capacitors and enables a highly efficient, stable power supply with an output current of 600mA to be configured using only a coil and two capacitors connected externally.
The dual LDO regulator provides highly accurate (±20mV) outputs selectable in 50mV steps within a range of 0.8V~5.0V per output.
Available in a space saving ultra small USP-12B01 (2.8mm x 2.3mm x 0.6mm) package.
