Product Description
Nch Small-signal MOSFET with low on-state resistance and fast switching characteristics making it ideal for battery powered applications and high speed digital interfacing. This device also includes a built-in gate protect diode for added ESD resilience.
Supplied in a small SOT23 surface mount package this device is also Halogen and Antimony free as well as being fully EU RoHS compliant.
