The XCL213/214 series is a high speed transient response 1.5A synchronous step-down Micro DC/DC converter with integrated inductor which fits in an extremely small 2.5mm x 3.2mm x 1.0mm USP-9B01 package !

The extremely fast load transient performance is as a result of a new HiSAT-COT (Constant On Time) control method, which, when compared to standard COT control, provides less fluctuation in oscillation frequency against load and input voltage.

The input voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V and the output voltage range is 0.8V to 3.6V (accuracy ±2.0%). Switching frequency is 3.0MHz and the operating ambient temperature range is -40°C ~ 105°C.

The soft-start time is set to 0.3ms (TYP.). With the built-in UVLO function, the driver transistor is forced OFF when the input voltage becomes 2.0V or lower.
