The XBP15SRV05W-G is NRND
Developed to protect sensitive electronics from very fast voltage transients caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD). The XBP15SRV05W-G is a highly integrated solution for protecting USB and HDMI interfaces and other digital and analog signal lines.
The XBP15SRV05W-G can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes up ±10kV (Contact) and ±15kV (Air) as per IEC61000‐4‐2. The leakage current is only 5µA (max), helping to prevent power supply loading and the clamping Voltage is 10V (8/20μs waveform).
Terminal capacitance between I/O pins is 0.6pF max and 1.2pF max between I/O pins and GND to reduce input signal distortion.
The XBP15SRV05W-G is available in the small SOT26P package measuring only 2.9 x 2.8 x 1.45mm.
