Product Description
Low Capacitance TVS Diode Array for ESD Protection
Developed to protect sensitive electronics from very fast voltage transients caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD). The XBP14E5UFN-G is a highly integrated solution for protecting USB and HDMI interfaces and other digital and analog signal lines.
The XBP14E5UFN-G can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes up ±8kV (Contact) and ±15kV (Air) as per IEC61000‐4‐2. The leakage current is only 1µA (max), helping to prevent power supply loading and the clamping Voltage is 11V (8/20μs waveform).
Terminal capacitance between I/O pins is 0.4pF max and 0.8pF max between I/O pins and GND to reduce input signal distortion.
The XBP14E5UFN-G is available in the small DFN2510-10A package measuring only 2.5 x 1.0 x 0.5mm.
