The XBS053V13R-G Schottky Diode offers much lower forward voltage drop than standard switching diodes which means that they can offer high current capabilities, ultra fast switching and low power dissipation, making them ideal for use with DC/DC converters. The XBS053V13R-G is available in a SOD-323A package.
