HiSAT-COT 1.5A Synchronous Step-Down DC/DC Converter
The XC9287 series, is a step-down synchronous DC/DC converter with a built-in P-channel driver FET and a N-channel driver FET. The IC provides a high efficiency (Typ 92%) and a stable power supply with output currents of up to 1.5A achievable using only a coil and two ceramic capacitors connected externally.
Minimum operating voltage is 2.5V and output voltage is fixed within a range of 0.8V to 3.6V in 50mV steps (accuracy: ± 2.0%). Switching frequency is selectable from either 1.2MHz or 3MHz.
The soft start and current control functions are internally optimized. Soft-start is 0.3ms typically.
During standby, all circuits are shutdown to reduce current consumption to as low as 1.0μA max.
Available in USP-6C and SOT-89-5 packages.
