General Description
The XC6214 series are positive voltage LDO regulators manufactured using CMOS processes. They are highly precise, low noise regulators and compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors gives stable output. Excellent transient response of the series maintains the output stability during load fluctuation. It comprises an error correction, current limiter and phase compensation circuit with a driver transistor. The built-in over current protection circuit and the thermal shutdown circuit operates when they reach current and temperature limit, respectively.
