General Description
The XC6213 series are positive voltage LDO regulators manufactured using CMOS processes. They are highly precise, low noise regulators with high ripple rejection and compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors that maintains the output stability during load fluctuation. It comprises an error correction, current limiter and phase compensation circuit with a driver transistor. The current limiter foldback circuit protects the IC?s output current limiter and the output pin from the short circuit.
