General Description
The XC6211 series are positive voltage LDO regulators fabricated using Torex?s CMOS processes. It offer low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout and very fast turn-on time. The series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors and its excellent transient response which give stable output and reduces its cost. It comprises an error amplifier, current limiter and phase compensation circuit with a driver transistor. The current limiter foldback circuit protects the IC?s output current limiter and the output pin from the short circuit. The output voltage is set by laser trimming technology.
