General Description
The XC6210 series are positive voltage LDO regulators fabricated using Torex's CMOS processes. They are highly precise, low noise regulators and compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors which give stable output. It comprises an error amplifier, current limiter and phase compensation circuit with a driver transistor. The current limiter foldback circuit protects the IC?s output current limiter and the output pin from the short circuit. The ability of the regulator to be used in the stand-by mode helps in reducing the power consumption to a great extent.
