General Description
The XC6209 series are positive voltage LDO regulators manufactured using CMOS processes. They are highly precise, low noise regulators and compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. Excellent transient response of the series maintains the output stability during load fluctuation. It comprises an error correction, current limiter and phase compensation circuit with a driver transistor. The current limiter foldback circuit protects the IC?s output current limiter and the output pin from the short circuit.
