General Description
The XC6207 series are low drop out regulators manufactured using CMOS technology. It comprises an error amplifier, a phase compensation circuit, and a current limiter circuit and reference voltage source. These regulators have Green Operation (GO) function and low ESR ceramic capacitors compatible. The GO function provides high efficiency, low power consumption and high speed operation and also plays a significant role in the IC?s operation. The constant current limiter circuit and the current limiter foldback circuit protect the IC?s output current limiter and the output pin from the short circuit.
