General Description
The XC6203 series are positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. It comprises an error amplifier, a driver transistor, a current limiter circuit and precision reference voltage. It consumes less power and the output voltage is selectable in 100mV. The series provides large currents with significant small drop out voltages and are available in multiple packages.
