General Description
The XC6202 series are positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. They are highly precise, low power consumption and have high voltage input. The in-built current limiter circuit protects the ICs against overshoot currents. It comprises an error amplifier, a driver transistor, a current limiter circuit and precision reference voltage. The series is available in multiple packages.
