General Description
The XC6201 series are positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. It comprises an error amplifier, a driver transistor, a current limiter circuit and precision reference voltage. It consumes less power and the output voltage is selectable in 100mV. The series is available in multiple packages.
