General Description
The XB1117 is a series of 1A low dropout positive voltage regulators with both fixed and adjustable voltage types. Tantalum input capacitor and output capacitor (10 microfarad) can be used to get stable line and load regulation. As the current or temperature reach their limitation level, the built-in overcurrent and thermal protection start operating. The series is available in SOT-223 package.
