General Description
The XB1086 is a series of low dropout positive voltage regulators having fixed voltage types along with the adjusting voltage feature with an over current and thermal protection circuit built-in. It has a high output current capacity and tantalum capacitors can be used to maintain the stable output. The series is available in TO-252 package.
