General Description
The XB1085 is a series of low dropout positive voltage regulators having fixed voltage types. The regulator also has the facility to adjust the voltage according to the desired value with an over current and thermal protection circuit built-in. It has a high output current capacity and tantalum capacitors can be used to maintain the stable output. The series is available in TO-252 package.
