2 Channel Voltage Detector (VSEN pin; seperation from power supply)

General Description

The XCM410 series is a multi combination module IC which comprises of two highly precise, low power consumption voltage detector, the XC6108 and XC6109 series.
The XC6108 and XC6109 series is a highly precise, low power consumption voltage detector using CMOS and laser trimming technology. Since the 1 channel (VOUT1) is separated from sense pin (VSEN) and power supply (VIN), it allows the IC to monitor added power supply. Using the IC with the sense pin separated from power supply enables output to maintain the state of detection even when voltage of the monitored power supply drops to 0V.
N-channel open drain output configurations is available.

  • Lower Power Consumption : 1.7μA (TYP.), (VOUT1=1.5V, VOUT2=3.3V, VIN=4.0V)
  • Detect Voltage Range : 1 Channel (VOUT1)0.8V〜5.0V (0.1V increments)
    2 Channel (VOUT2)1.1V?5.0V (0.1V increments)
  • Detect Voltage Temperature Characteristics : ±100ppm/℃(TYP.)
  • Output Configuration : Nch open drain
  • Operating Temperature Range : -40℃〜85℃
  • Separated Sense Pin : 1Channel(VOUT1)
  • Ultra Small Package : SOT-25
