28V CMOS LDO Voltage Regulator

The XC6216/XE6216 is the first in a range of products for applications that demand higher voltages and extended temperature ranges. With a maximum input voltage of 28V, the XC6216/XE6216 is ideally suited for 24V systems and many industrial applications. The XE6216 series is also fully qualified to operate over the industrial temperature range from – 40 to +85 deg C.

The output voltage can be fixed internally within the range of 2.0V to 12V (100mV increments), or using external resistors, outputs up to 23V can easily be set (XC6216C/XE6216E series). The series’ output stabilization capacitor (CL) is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors.
