General Description
The XP152A12C0MR is a P-Channel Power MOSFET with a gate-protect diode built-in. It has low on-state resistance and ultra high speed switching characteristics. This IC saves energy because of ultra high speed switching characteristic and is available in small SOT-23 package which makes high density mounting possible.
