General Description
The XP152A11E5MR is a P-Channel Power MOSFET. It has low on-state resistance and ultra high speed switching characteristics. This IC saves energy because of ultra high speed switching characteristic and is available in small SOT?23 package which makes high density mounting possible. It also has a built-in gate protect diode in order to counter static.
