General Description
The XC9802 series are fixed regulated voltage step-up charge pump ICs which are highly stable and efficient. The IC?s control switches to PFM during light loads. This does not affect the output impedance or ripple and also protect the IC against efficiency drop. It can also be used as Voltage Doubler.
