General Description
The XC9801 series are fixed regulated voltage step-up charge pump ICs that provides positive output voltage. It requires 2 capacitors as a only external components. Charge Pump?s gate voltage waveform controls the regulation process with minimum ripples. Output voltage is selectable in 100mV steps and its ultra small MSOP-8A and USP-8 packages, high stability and efficiency, less current consumption makes it suitable for all types of battery operated application.
