General Description
The XC6351A series are charge pump voltage inverter IC that have 4 MOSFETs built in, can be easily accommodated on a standard PCB. It is a 6 pin IC available in SOT-26 and USP-6B package that makes high density mounting possible, consumes less space and is highly efficient for use with battery operated applications. As the output goes down, IC stops operating which has resulted in the reduction of total power consumption.
